No you don’t, Some clients are quite happy with their current setup and don’t want to upset their emails or pay for a migration and move, so we just move the website only over and leave the emails where they are.
If you you are happy to move your emails and start a fresh, then its very straight forward. We will set you up with your new emails and provide the new details.
Moving your email is a time consuming process and tricky with certain hosts, so there is a £45 fee per email fee if you want to move your mail over.

If you use Outlook/macmail on your computer, it will store your mail locally and you may not need the migration.

Yes, you will still need to keep your current plan on, but you can reduce your plan to email only hosting with your current host.

We highly recommend Gmail Business for hosting your email as its what we use, we love it and its what most of our clients use and what we highly recommend. Cost is £3.95 per email and we can set this up for you for free, but the migration fee applies if transferring mail.
Gmail exchange server is better than anything out there with better stability, less spammy, faster and the mobile app is great. It also syncs all your outgoing and incoming emails across your devices, calendar and Google Docs. Highly recommended.
